Programmes

Five areas. Real capability in each.

Each programme starts from a working method and is adapted to your cases, your language and your people. Half day, full day or a multi-session programme — in person across Austria, or online.

Programme 01

Frame It Before You Fix It

Problem framing, collaborative thinking and creative solution development.

Teams move too quickly into solution mode before they have agreed on the real problem. The result is confident work on the wrong thing, and decisions that quietly reopen a month later.

  • Product and creative teams
  • Cross-functional and management teams
  • Teams working with new technology or AI
  • Anyone facing unclear or complex challenges
What you’ll practise
  • Identifying the actual challenge
  • Separating facts from assumptions
  • Exploring different perspectives
  • Reframing the problem
  • Generating creative possibilities
  • Discussing and prioritising directions
  • Converting ideas into practical next steps
Key outcomes
  • Fewer decisions that reopen later
  • Shorter, sharper meetings
  • Conclusions the whole team commits to

Run on your real cases, sized to your group, and pushed as far from framing into decision-making as you need.

Programme 02

Make the Message Land

Turn complex information into clear, relevant and actionable communication.

People know their subject well but struggle to name the central message, organise the information and make the next step clear. This is not a storytelling workshop — it is about being understood and acted on.

  • Employees presenting to decision-makers
What you’ll practise

  • Choosing what to include and remove
  • Structuring the information
  • Building a clear presentation
  • Communicating recommendations
  • Delivering with greater confidence
  • Receiving feedback and improving
Key outcomes
  • Proposals that land the first time
  • Updates people actually follow
  • Presenters who stay clear under pressure

  1. Find the message

Programme 03

One Size Doesn’t Fit All

Person-centred leadership for strengths, expectations, feedback and development.

Managers are told to treat everyone the same and to treat everyone as an individual. The real skill is adapting to the person in front of you without losing clarity, fairness or accountability.

Who it’s for
  • New and experienced managers
  • Team leaders and leadership cohorts
  • Employees moving into management
What you’ll practise
  • Building a personal management vision
  • Understanding the employee lifecycle
  • Identifying and developing individual strengths
  • Setting expectations
  • Giving feedback that changes behaviour
  • Adapting communication and reading motivation
  • Supporting employee growth
  • Managing different people in different ways
Key outcomes
  • Issues raised early rather than avoided
  • Teams that trust what they hear
  • A repeatable approach to very different people

Programme 04

Team Dynamics in Action

Experiential challenges that reveal how teams communicate, lead, decide and collaborate.

This is not only a team-building activity. Each challenge is tied to a development objective and followed by structured reflection, so a good day out becomes a change in how the team actually works.

Who it’s for
  • Whole teams and departments
  • Leadership and cross-functional groups
  • Teams navigating change or friction
What you’ll practise
  • Leadership and role distribution
  • Collaboration and communication
  • Trust and listening
  • Decision-making under uncertainty
  • Problem solving and adaptability
Key outcomes
  • Agreements the team still keeps months later
  • Shared language for handling friction
  • A clear line from the activity to Monday’s work
How each challenge works
  1. Team challenge
  2. Observation of team behaviour
  3. Facilitated discussion
  4. Connection to everyday work
  5. Team agreements or next steps

Every activity is safe and non-technical, adapted to group size, accessibility, physical ability, indoor or outdoor location, the level of movement you want and the business objective.

Programme 05

Facilitator Enablement Programme

Build internal capability to deliver learning confidently across teams, locations and languages.

Internal facilitators do not need to begin as professional trainers. HR professionals, managers, subject-matter experts and selected employees can learn to deliver structured, engaging learning — and keep a programme alive long after the external facilitator leaves.

Who it’s for
  • HR and L&D professionals
  • Managers and internal trainers
  • Subject-matter experts and technical specialists
  • Selected employees ready to teach their peers
What you’ll practise
  • Needs assessment and learning objectives
  • Workshop design or adaptation
  • Working from a detailed lesson plan and slides
  • Running exercises and facilitating discussion
  • Handling difficult groups
  • Practice delivery, feedback and revision
  • Readiness review
Key outcomes
  • Programmes that keep running without me
  • Facilitators who can adapt, not just deliver
  • Materials and lesson plans your team owns
Formats & adaptation
Custom, based on the subject and facilitator needs

The format depends on the subject, programme complexity, facilitator experience and the level of independence required. Materials are translation-ready, with optional follow-up coaching.

There is no formal certification. Facilitators complete a supported practice and readiness process.

Tell me the situation. I will tell you whether a workshop is the answer.

Thirty minutes, no deck, no obligation. Bring the audience, the friction and the outcome you need, and you leave the call with a recommendation either way.
