About

Practical by design. Human by nature.

A learning designer and facilitator who cares less about whether people enjoyed the day, and more about what they do differently on the Tuesday after it.

I created this studio after more than ten years designing and facilitating learning experiences inside organisations.

Working with managers, HR teams, technical employees, product teams, creative teams, instructors and international groups taught me that effective learning is never only about good content.

It has to connect to the organisation’s goals, make sense to the people in the room and give participants the confidence to act differently afterward.

My work combines practical tools, active participation, structured reflection and real organisational challenges. Every programme is adapted to its audience so the learning creates value beyond the workshop itself.

Today I help organisations develop their people directly — and build the internal capability to continue that development independently.

Facilitation principles

Five principles behind every programme.

01

Start with the real need

Every programme should connect to a business goal, capability need or team challenge.

02

Make people active

Participants should think, practise, discuss and create — not only listen.

03

Build confidence through practice

Confidence grows through action, feedback and repetition.

04

Connect reflection to work

Activities matter when people can connect them to their daily reality.

05

Leave capability behind

Whenever possible, learning should continue after the external facilitator leaves.

Tell me the situation. I will tell you whether a workshop is the answer.

Thirty minutes, no deck, no obligation. Bring the audience, the friction and the outcome you need, and you leave the call with a recommendation either way.
