Learning designed around your real business challenge.
Custom learning starts with the need — not with an existing slide deck. It means connecting the experience to your goals, language, people and everyday reality.
When the challenge is specific, the programme should be too.
Six steps from a real challenge to a programme you own.
Custom does not mean adding a company logo to standard slides. It means connecting the experience to your goals, language, people and everyday reality.
Discovery call
30 minutes
The audience, the situation, the outcome. If a workshop is the wrong instrument, you will hear that.
Needs and audience assessment
Before design starts
The participants, current knowledge, barriers, stakeholders and constraints.
Programme design
1 to 3 weeks
Interviews, objectives as behaviour, session flow, exercises and materials, proposed in writing before booking.
Pilot delivery
Half day to multi session
The first cohort runs with your people and your cases, on site across Austria or online.
Feedback and refinement
1 week after
Participant feedback, sponsor debrief, revised design, so the second run is better than the first.
Rollout or facilitator enablement
Ongoing
Further cohorts with me, or train the trainer plus the full material handover so your facilitators continue alone.
First callProgramme you own
You keep everything the programme is made of.
Tell me the situation. I will tell you whether a workshop is the answer.
Thirty minutes, no deck, no obligation. Bring the audience, the friction and the outcome you need, and you leave the call with a recommendation either way.
