What we collect and why

If you use the contact form we process the details you provide — name, work email, organisation, role, the programme of interest, your message, preferred format, group size and preferred language — for the sole purpose of responding to your enquiry and preparing a proposal.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing the data is voluntary, but without it we cannot respond.

Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Railway (Railway Corporation), whose infrastructure may be located outside the EU. The provider may process technical access data — such as IP address, browser type and time of request — as part of operating the service, on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure and stable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How your enquiry is delivered

Contact-form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend (Resend, Inc.), which processes the message on our behalf solely to transmit it, and are then received and managed in our own email account. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and uses no third-party analytics.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any engagement that follows from it, and thereafter only where a statutory obligation requires it. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, contact roni@ably.at.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, dsb.gv.at).
